This website is operated by L.C Innovations Group LLC, doing business as savvyaquariums. Throughout these Terms of Service, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to L.C Innovations Group LLC.

These Terms govern your use of our website and purchases from our store. Our store is powered by Shopify. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below. Please read them before purchasing.

2. Eligibility and accounts

To place an order, you must have the legal capacity to make a purchase or the authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate and current contact, billing, payment, and shipping information. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Products

We sell aquariums and aquarium-related products. We aim to display accurate descriptions, images, specifications, prices, and availability. Product colors may appear different depending on your screen.

Please check product dimensions, compatibility, electrical specifications, and any safety or installation instructions before purchasing. We may update product information or discontinue a product. If a material error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you and offer an appropriate resolution.

4. Orders and payments

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We will send an order confirmation to the email address you provide. If we cannot fulfill an order because of an inventory issue, payment problem, suspected fraud, or material listing error, we will contact you. Any payment collected for an order we cancel will be refunded.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and the final total are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. You must be authorized to use your selected payment method.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact support@savvyaquariums.com as soon as possible. We will try to help before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, a change may no longer be possible. Eligible items may be returned under our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Shipping and delivery

We deliver within the United States only. Shipping destinations, charges, processing times, and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide the options required by applicable law, including the option to cancel and receive a refund where required.

If a package is delayed, missing, damaged, or marked as delivered but has not arrived, contact support@savvyaquariums.com with your order number so we can investigate.

6. Returns, exchanges, and refunds

You may request an eligible return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order. Return conditions, exceptions, shipping costs, exchanges, and refund timelines are detailed in our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Privacy

Our collection, use, and sharing of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify and other providers may also process information needed to operate the store, complete payments, and fulfill orders.

The website’s branding, text, images, graphics, and other content belong to L.C Innovations Group LLC or their respective rights holders. You may use the website for personal shopping purposes. You may not reproduce or commercially use protected content without permission.

Shopify and third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Shopify provides the platform that powers our store. L.C Innovations Group LLC is the seller responsible for your order, fulfillment, returns, refunds, and customer service.
